      I have installed a new copy of Activinspire – using the removal tool for the old version and I when I click on it I get an error message: Error 1606. Could not access network location 0. I have followed microsoft’s suggestion about this but with no results. Can anyone help please? I have many other laptops that have the same program installed with no issues.

      – operating system
      – are you logged in with admin rights?
      – is the new ActivInspire from a CD or our website?
