I am using the Chrome Screen Share extension from a Windows 10 device. The picture quality is great and the latency is very low. The sound works, but is very distorted unless I adjust on the computer to as low as I can go. I am showing a YouTube video on my Windows 10 computer and screen sharing to a 75″ Nickel Panel. When I use the YouTube video’s volume slider and go one step above zero, the sound is great. However, anything about that is heavily distorted. Is there a way to adjust the gain on the panel so that it is not distorting the sound?
Thanks for your post.
I do not believe there is a way to increase the gain on the Panel to resolve the distortion.
Have you tried using the Windows Screen Share application instead of the Chrome extension to see if this makes a difference?
