What model of ActiView are you currently using?
Are you connecting this to the computer using USB or just displaying through a VGA connection to a projector? If you are connecting to a computer, have you tested this on another computer which has the ActiView drivers installed?
It is possible that the dip switches on the ActiView have been changed, what are these currently set to? (This is on the underside of the ActiView)
