The document camera is displaying through the projector so this is good. where is it plugged in to for power?
When there is a power issue you must check the cabling on the board to ensure it has not dislodged. The power supply unit may have gone bad and the next step is to check it and replace it with a known working power supply for testing purposes.
Cabling is not covered under warranty so if you find that a replacement power supply fixes the problem you will need to purchase the replacement.
