So we can investigate this issue further, please could you fill in the form on the below link and attach the flip chart which you are experiencing issues with. If this is not the original (if it has been copied from folder to folder or to a pen drive) please could you also attach the original too.
Please also provide the current ActivInspire version installed which can be found opening ActivInspire and clicking on Help>About.
