How do I remove a panel from myPromethean Panel Management? I am unable to find any place to do so. The panel was removed due to a warranty issue.

Only organisation admin are able to unenroll an ActivPanel, from their Panel Management app.

The Unenrol option does not appear in the menu. I am the Organization Administrator.

Hi Nathan,

Please ensure you only have one ActivPanel selected at a time to see the unenroll option.  You cannot unenroll multiple units at one time.
