      How can I add the desktop annotation tool?

      Hi Becky,

      If you do not have the Desktop Annotation Tool then it sounds like you are using the personal edition of ActivInspire, you can check this by going to “Help” then “About”.  If you have a licence key from when you purchased the software / hardware then you can enter it there.

      If you are using the professional edition but you still do not have the tool then we should be able to help you get it on there, the best thing to do would be to contact our support team, i have created a support case for you with the reference number 00494228.

      If you are using the personal edition and you are using Promethean hardware we may still be able to help you if you cannot find your licence key, again just give us a call giving the reference number above.
