      Hi,

I just recently changed to a new mac book. Before I used to be able to do just one click to change functions but now, I always need to double click to change functions or move pages.

Is there a way to get it back to a one click function for the pen?

      Thank you.

      Hi Evan,

Thanks for posting.  Can you please confirm what Mac OS you are running on your new machine?

Please also confirm ActivInspire and ActivDriver versions?

Also, please try applying the settings as per this article: https://support.prometheanworld.com/s/article/1769?language=en_US

We look forward to hearing back from you.

      Thanks

      Paul

I am running MacOS Big Sur the Version for ActivInspire is “Promethean ActivInspire Professional Edition version 2.21.69365” and ActivDriver 5.18.19.

      Hello Evan,

      Thank you for your reply.

It seems like the Dual Mode ActivBoard settings need to be adjusted within ActivInspire. Please open ActivInspire, go to the top where it says ActivInspire and then click Preferences > Dual Mode ActivBoards. Please adjust your settings to match the screenshot below.

      We hope this helps!

      Kind regards,
      Jordan

        Hi,

Did that and still doesn’t work.

Please advise if there is something else I can try.
