      I am working with a teacher who launches one particular flipchart file in ActivInspire (v. 2.4.66096) and the menus at the top disappear and the pages do not load. Browser window and main toolbar DO appear with no pages in the page browser. From the main toolbar, we can get to the view menu and “full screen” has a checkmark next to it, but is grayed out.

      This is one flipchart only and we got the same behavior on multiple computers. We are both running OS 10.9.5 on a Macbook Air.

      Is the flipchart corrupt? Has anyone seen this behavior before?

      In regards to your issue can you please update your version of ActivInspire to the latest version of 2.5, you can download the latest version from

      Also can you please confirm if the issue happens with a new flipchart or an older one you have saved or just this particular one?
