Thank you for posting. Which component did you upgrade to version 6.10? I am sorry to say the number is not familiar? Was this the Firmware on your ActivBoard or the ActivManager driver?
Can you please confirm the product type of your board ?
Alternatively, call in to our Tech Support with the serial number of the Board (don’t post it online though) and they will confirm which type of board you have. From there we can talk you through reinstalling the firmware, assuming we can get the board to connect.
