      I got a new laptop and keep trying to install ACTIVE INSPIRE. Every time I think the download is finished, I open it but it says “CAN’T BE OPENED BECAUSE IT IS FROM AN UNIDENTIFIED DEVELOPER. YOUR SECURITY PREFERENCES ALLOW INSTALLATION OF ONLY APPS FROM THE MAC APP STORE AND IDENTIFIED DEVELOPERS.” Please advise.

      Thanks for posting on the Support Community.

      Dependent on your Mac’s Gatekeeper settings, you may receive an error message when installing software.

      Please visit Apple Support for further information about Gatekeeper and how to resolve the error.
