      I work at a secondary school where teachers are using active inspire to deliver their maths lessons. While we haven’t had any issues in lessons with the software now we are in lockdown and the students are logging in remotely via Microsoft teams we have been having some issues.

      On the student’s end the screen is flickering or going white entirely we have tried unsharing and resharing but do you have any ideas.

      To better assist you with the issue reported, we kindly ask you to confirm what devices and operating systems the students are using and if this only happens when using Microsoft Teams or other video conference apps as well.

      Does this only happen when sharing your ActivInspire content or also when sharing presentations created with other programs, such as PowerPoint?

      Is ActivInspire displayed on a panel or board or only shared from a computer?

      Please, also confirm which version of ActivInspire you are currently using. The latest version of the software can be downloaded from our Support Portal:
