      My Promethean board is only working as a screen connected to my computer. Sometime last week I lost touch capabilities. The “calibrate” button is grayed out as well.

      I uninstalled and reinstalled ActivInspire, but same problem exists.

      Hi both,

      Thanks for posting on the Support Community.

      When the calibration options are greyed out this usually means that the ActivBoard is not being detected from the ActivManager (driver).
      Please firstly ensure that your USB cable is plugged in, you may be best to re-seat this cable at all connection ports to ensure that this has not become loose.

      Should these be in, then please refer to article 10419 on http://www.PrometheanKB.com.

      If you are still experiencing an issue I would recommend contacting us further to troubleshoot.
