My Active hub has recently stopped connecting to my laptop. It has worked perfectly well up until a few weeks ago. It has a flashing green light and gives a message saying “No Activehub hardware is connected, despite showing as connected in the control panel. I hope you can help. Thanks.
With regard to the issue raised, if this is showing within the ActivManager Control Panel as connected (and you can see the firmware version listed), this could be an ActivInspire issue and/or ActivDriver. I would recommend upgrading your current ActivInspire version by using the Check for updates feature within ActivInspire.
