      My Active hub has recently stopped connecting to my laptop. It has worked perfectly well up until a few weeks ago. It has a flashing green light and gives a message saying “No Activehub hardware is connected, despite showing as connected in the control panel.
      I hope you can help.

      Hi,

      Thank you for posting on the Support Community.

      With regard to the issue raised, if this is showing within the ActivManager Control Panel as connected (and you can see the firmware version listed), this could be an ActivInspire issue and/or ActivDriver.
      I would recommend upgrading your current ActivInspire version by using the Check for updates feature within ActivInspire.

      For the ActivDriver, I would recommend uninstalling your current version and installing the latest from the link below:
      https://support.prometheanworld.com/product/activdriver
