Following suggestions in another post, I completely uninstalled all activinspire software and did a completely fresh install.
The board calibrates and works with a different computer that does not have Big Sur installed.
When connected to the computer with Big Sur installed the pen does not respond at all.
If the control panel is opened and visualview utility is launched the pen writes there.
All of the required components have been added to the system preferences > Security > Accessibility > Privacy section.
What else can we do to get this working?
Try using the pens after a firmware upgrade to the board to version 8.10 Build 7.
