      My pen is no longer working on my Promethean Board once I updated to MacOS Monterey v 12.1.   I have reinstalled ActiveInspire 2.2369368 and a updated Driver, 5.18.19. any suggestions?

      Thank you for your post.

      You might have to enable ActivHardware Service and the ActivManager within the Accessibility tab of your MAC. For instructions on how to perform that step, please click on the link below.

      If the issue persist after performing the above steps, please provide us with the model number of your Promethean ActivBoard.

      Also it might be worth testing that computer on a known working Promethean ActivBoard to see if the issue persist. Or testing a known working computer that is using a different Operating System on this ActivBoard. Are you getting a pen interaction?
