I have devices around the school that are not showing the “Screen Share” app. How do I get it loaded and how do I view all available apps. “Screen Share” is not showing in the “All Apps” section.

Can you please confirm the model of ActivPan you have (not the serial number). To help you find the model, take a look at support article 1477.
