When I download any of the backgrounds the message that I can not download due to not having the correct app. What app do I need to be able to download the backgrounds that i would like to use. Anne

You need to open ActivInspire and click on ActivInspire>Import>Import resources to my/shared resources.
This will then add these files to the ‘resource browser’ for you to use.
