The templates that you see in the Question Manager come from the Shared Resources under “Activities and templates” and “Templates (learner response).”
If the templates exist in this location, but not Question Manager, then go to the Settings and look under Profile and Resources to make sure that the default question page file path is C:UsersPublicDocumentsActiv SoftwareActivInspireActivities and templatesTemplates (learner response) for Windows and /Users/Shared/Promethean/Activinspire Resources/Activities and templates/Templates (learner response) for Mac. You will need to uncheck the box to be able to edit the selection.
If there are no templates in the Shared Resources, then perhaps the installation of the resources was not completed properly. In that case, you will need to reinstall the resource library. If you still have the ActivInspire installation file, go ahead and run it. Otherwise, you will need to download ActivInspire from Support tab Promethean Planet. Choose the option to do a custom installation and select the Core resources.
