Does anyone know what model of board this is?  Best we can tell the model must be on the back of it and since it weighs so much, we’d rather not have to pull it just to get the model.

The USB port doesn’t work so I’m hoping to be able to find a replacement part.  Their old board was even older than this one and the touch also didn’t work on that one so we replaced it with this one only to find out the touch didn’t work after we put it up.
