We are trying to use the ActivBoard as a secondary display without having the display mirrored but Windows 10 doesn’t detect the ActivBoard as a secondary display – we are trying to do a “presenter mode” in PowerPoint so that we have our notes on the PC’s display and the slides on the ActivBoard.
This would be in relation to your projector and how this is being detected by your computer and graphics card.
Usually if you are set to a duplicate/mirrored display from the computer through the projector, then the Presenter Mode will usually extend the image when you present your slideshow, this is something that is controlled by PowerPoint.
If you run the ActivBoard in extended desktop, does this work?
If this isn’t working, we would recommend getting in touch with Microsoft for advise on displaying PowerPoint in Presenter view.
