InactiveA 500 Series ActivBoard does not have any HDMI ports (or any
video ports) to which a connection from the XBOX360 can be established. Any HDMI connections would need to be made directly
into the projector used to display the image onto the board’s surface. The “Projectors” page on our Knowledgebase will show pictures of the
models of projector we support; which of those most resembles the projector
used with your board? If the projector
is not pictured or if the projector is not a Promethean-branded one, you may
need to contact the projector’s manufacturer for assistance with audio output from that projector. If your
projector is pictured, we can advise you of whether that projector can output
the audio to an external device and the location of the part for doing so on
that unit.(Support Case 00545086)

InactiveHi Kasandra,
Thank you for confirming your projector model.
So that we can assist you further can you please explain the exact setup you have in place?
Which cables are coming from the Xbox and where are they connected?
Can you see the image of the Xbox on the board?Thank you
Miguel

InactiveThere is an HDMI cable port, USB ports and a port that has an unique xBox plug that fits into the xBox and ends with a red, yellow and white RGB type cables.

InactiveWhile a PRM-35 projector has an HDMI input for video, there is no Audio output on the projector to use in routing the Audio from the projector to an external set of speakers.
You would need to use the Red-White-Yellow composite cables to make the audio/video connection to the correspondingly-coloured ports on the side of the frame behind the board (on which the board is mounted). If those ports are present, they would route the audio to the amplifier on the side of the board (where a 3.5mm cable will plug into one of the inputs on the Board Amplifier) and the video separately to the projector (There should be a similar yellow cable connected into the back of the projector) using extended cabling within that frame.
