      Please be advised that ClassFlow does not currently have a built in feature that creates a grid in a classflow lesson.

       

      We would advise importing an image of a grid and import this into the lesson.

      We would recommend downloading and installing a PDF viewing application onto the panel and opening the PDF there as this may make viewing and navigating documents easier.

      Hi Michele,

       

      Thank you for that information.

       

      Kindly understand that the remote cannot be used to navigate through applications running on the panel such as a presentation.

       

      The navigation buttons (2) can be used to select a source. They can also be used to change the volume in smaller increments than the +/- buttons.

      Hi Michele,

       

      Thank you for your post.

       

      You said that all functions work on the panel other than the navigation. Can you please provide details as to what is meant by this? When you press the source button on the remote, are you able to navigate through the options using the volume up and down buttons on the remote?

      Does this happen with all remotes on site or just the one?

      Does this issue occur when a known working panel remote is used on this panel.

      Kindly understand that extended mode will not support 3 displays at one time. You can extend to an additional monitor. Please ensure that the image displayed on the board is set to the primary display and extend to the additional monitors as opposed to extending from the primary monitor to the ActivBoard.

      The ActivPanel Titanium comes with stylus pens that are made to interact with the ActivPanel display. You should be able to use this when displaying Activinspire from your computer to the panel.

      What version of ActivInspire and ActivDriver are currently installed?

       

      Also, when does the error occur? Does this happen when trying to interact using connected Promethean Hardware or does this happen when using ActivInspire?

       

      If this happens when using ActivInspire, does the error occur only when connected to the Promethean hardware and using the ActivInspire software or does this happen when the computer is disconnected and running ActivInspire independently?

      Lastly, are you running ActivInspire on a Windows, Mac, or a LEnox device?

      Also, are you running the personal version or the professional version of the software? You can find this in the same window that shows the software version.

       

      Please be advised that the option to import a PDF is only available on the professional version of the software. If you are not running the professional version, please click here for instructions how to upgrade.

      Hello Paul,

      Thank you for that information.

      What color is the power button LED lit? What color is the flame button LED lit?

      Also, you mentioned that the teacher originally reported that both buttons were not lit at one time, this would indicate that the panel is not getting any power. Is that something that is regularly happening? If so, please let us know and we can contact you directly to open a case to troubleshoot the issue.

      As we stated there is currently not a version of ActivInspire for Chrome OS. If you would like we can submit an enhancement request for this.

       

      Also, to answer your question about classflow becoming faster and a potential version of ActivInspire for the panels, we can submit enhancement requests for these as well.
