      I am unable to access the brightness option from the Image tab. In fact, all of my options in that tab are greyed out except for Display mode and Rest.

      I have tried the Installation->Reset to no avail.

      Followed instructions. Manually uninstalled Promethean/ActivInspire.

      Reinstalled Version v2.17.68075

      Same result Only WORKBENCH in Promethean Folder.

      macOS 10.14.6

      Mac OS X 10.14.6

      And whatever the latest version is when one goes to download ActiveInspire from the PrometheanWorld Website.
